BBAC Comittee Update 9/1/2020:

Dear All,

Firstly, we have had to change the date of the clubs AGM to Wednesday 5th February 2020, at The George pub Tiffield. starting at 8:30pm. There will be more details to follow as regards AGM and the agenda etc., please keep an eye on emails.

Friday 10th January sees our first 12 car of the year and we have a healthy entry currently with room for 1 or 2 more, so please let me or Dave Abbott know. Unfortunately we have had to reschedule Rd2 for our spare date on Friday 3rd April. We are still looking for an organiser for this and also for the second half of the season so please get in touch if you would like to put one on.

We have up coming rounds Rd3 Friday 21st February run by Dave and Gavin on map 141, Rd4 Friday 6th March run by Harry and Paul on map 152, and Rd5 Friday 20th March run by Richard on map 152. All events for this year have trophies allocated to them for best expert and novice competing BBAC crews.

The club has been invited to a few more events throughout the year so please check out the calendar.

Thanks and regards,

BBAC Committee Update 19/11/2019:

Please read the attached information from Motorsport UK. As we approach the end of the year this needs your urgent attention.

From 1st January 2020 EVERY club member who is going to take part in ANY event, even a 12 car or scatter, will need a Motorsport UK licence.

If you are planning to enter an event in January or the early part of the year it would be beneficial if you could apply for your licences in good time, online, before the event to avoid hold ups at signing on. For a very short time competitors will be able to apply for this licence on the day by completing a hard copy form and attaching a photo.

It is the competitors responsibility to obtain their licence. If you are only taking part in our 12-Car events then the free Clubman license is all you need! Application takes 2 minutes at:
